Return Policy
Damaged or missing items
Please check your order upon receipt. Damages and shortages must be reported to andrew@aplfarms.com within 72 hours of receiving order.
Returns
If you are returning a product, return it in its original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt along with the original invoice and it will be refunded, replaced, or exchanged for you. Please note, vaccines and cheese cultures are not returnable. This does not include shipping or handling charges. Any item sent for repair must be washed first. Please insure your package as we can not be responsible for lost items.
